Refunds & cancellation

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to participants of the gut health webinar hosted by Holistic Way to Live 360. By registering for the Webinar, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you may not participate in the Webinar.

1. Cancellation

  • Participant Cancellation: Participants may cancel their registration for the Webinar at any time by contacting the Company at Contact Information. Cancellations must be received in writing or via email.

  • Company Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Webinar at its discretion. In the event of cancellation by the Company, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any registration fees paid will be refunded in full.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only in accordance with the terms of this Policy. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by participants after the specified deadline or for non-attendance.

4. No-show Policy

  • No-shows: Participants who do not attend the Webinar without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of registration.

  • Changes to Policy: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Policy periodically for changes.

  • Termination: The Company may terminate or suspend your participation in the Webinar at any time for any reason, including violation of this Policy.
